Our Shop

Our store is located on Main Street and Southeast Marine Drive, in Vancouver, B.C. We feature violins, violas, cellos, and accessories for these instruments. In addition to retail, we do service and repairs for string instruments. We also provide lessons in our newly renovated music studio.

Vintage Violins has been in business since 1998.    Our clientele include people from British Columbia, the rest of Canada, and Asia.  We are one of the largest and well established stores which specialize in the violin family.  The range and quality of the shop's inventory enables us to serve the needs of the full panoply of string players, from the student to the dedicated amateur to the most talented professional.  At Vintage Violins, we assess every instrument and bow that we represent, to confirm that it meets our standards. We evaluate playability, tone and total condition.  You may be confident that if you purchase an instrument or bow from us we will stand behind it.
